So yesterday I got a call from Jess.
Here's how it went. Sorta.

Jess: Hey Shu, you free tomorrow? Farewell party for seniors.
[Before that she asked if she could speak to me la]
Shu: LoL, maybe. I got tuition but can replace on Friday.
Jess: Okay....
[This went on for a while]

The next day....
Which is today.

Shu: Alex and Xin Ying are coming right?
Jess: William and James have nothing better to do, so they're coming along too.
[Rather odd, but okay....]

Then at MM, went to talk to Grace Ling.
Wasn't paying attention, but I think they were talking something in the corner.
LOL!
Wheedled information out of Grace about HIM.
HAHAHAHHAHAHAAA!!

Then after rehat got less mood.
[Because Alex didn't do well for Maths and she emo.
Aww Alex, most people who rock at language are not so good at Maths and Science.
BM and BI freak.
You should be a lawyer.
Or maybe a businessman, you probably have enough talent for it.
You're gonna be rich.]
So I didn't really want to go.
Sorta.

Anyway Jess, Alex and William convinced me to go.
Yaaaayy!
William had a 50% Baskin Robbins coupon.
[Very coincidence hor?]
Then after school, we went to Old Town White Coffee.
William kept calling it White Town. LOL!!
Great food.

I had ice cream toast. Wrong choice. James had to eat the last one, haha!

Then after every bite, need drink.
Yeap James, this is why we all took tomato sauce at McD the other time.

We also met Puan Ching and Jun Xiong there.
Puan Ching ate curry mee and Jun Xiong ate nasi lemak.
They ate and left before us.
And guess what, I actually believed Puan Ching's story of going to Singapore before coming to eat at Old Town. She was so convincing!!
Too blurring.

So after lunch, we went to Baskin Robbins to find the seniors.
But we went to the pet shop instead!
Aww, the cats so cute!
And everyone was staring at the porcupines.
The birds didn't like us though.

In the end, we DID go to Baskin Robbins.
But there were no seniors?
Okay, were we late?

We just picked out some ice cream.
Then we went to sit outside.
The guy gave us the cup of ice cream.
Then William handed a spoon to me.

Then "1, 2, 3...."
"Happy birthday to you!"
[Huh? Who's birthday arh?]
"Happy birthday to Shuyan...."
[OMJ!!]

Yay thanks guys!

I don't really update my blog anymore.
Why?
Because!
I'M PLAYING PET SOCIETY ON FACEBOOK!!
And Restaurant City too, but it's getting dull.

But on certain rare occasions, some things just need to be blogged.
And yesterday's BSMM's Drama Night 2009 was just that worthy.

Okay, at first I didn't want to go.
Reasons that I'll keep to myself.
But then, I got myself a costume!
I was supposed to be Shana from Shakugan no SHANA, but let's forget that.
Oh, my partner was Shao Qi, playing Yuji.

It was more fun than I thought!
But for most part, again, I'll keep them to myself.

Jess will probably put some up too.
Go visit her blog Life is Random, so am I to check for updates.

Okay, so it started off normal.
Then everyone came in fantastic costumes.
Man, did I feel out of place.

Dinner was great!
The lemonade beat last year's ~~medicine~~ syrup.
But I liked last year's fish.

Then the dance floor!
The songs changed too fast,
But all in all fantastic!

Oh well, rushing for time.
I'll blog about it some other time, as well as my birthday.
Oh yeah, Puan Anne shares the same birthday as me and my sisters!
How cool is that?
She's an awesome teacher after all!

My class is CRAZY.
Not in the bad way crazy.

Wait, that didn't come out right.

Okay, my class is AWESOME.
That's better!
Wonder why they're awesome?

Because!

Some of us can draw, write (whether stories or poems) and design!
These are the artisans.
And we don't just mean stickman.
We mean business.

Some of us have incredible co-curricular abilities.
Basketball, Scouts, badminton, SJAM, you name it, we got it.
Oh yeah, we rock at it too.

Some of us are music prodigies.
We could even make a band, but our 2 Teratai drummer (AKA Najla, who was fantastic!) went to 3 Teratai, leaving us all stranded in 3 Kiambang.
Oh yeah, stranded with violinists and pianists and guitarists. High leveled, mind you.

Most of us can crack jokes.
In all sorts of languages too!
Woah, we have grammatically correct jokes!
Ha ha ha.

Our memories can rival a computer.
Just input topic of the day 3 months in advance.
Then, access it after forgetting about it for half a year.
That's right folks, we got a 1000 GB of RAM here.

Our brain speed leaves a Quad Core processor far behind the finish line.
We calculate Maths problems at an average (not mean) speed of 0.05 problems/second AKA 3 problems/minute.
Which is 1 problem every 20 seconds if you are to lazy to count.
Okay, so even a Windows 95 OS can work faster.
But we're not made of binary numbers....

Some of us even LOOK GOOD.
Placing more emphasis on the SOME, though.
That's right, each 3 Kiambangan comes with great and sleek designs!
It's a 7-in-1 deal for only the price of our life insurance!

The downside of this great product is that we may be too in-your-face and sarcastic for liking.

Piano.
Who was the smartass who invented it?
And then made it popular?

Okay so if the piano wasn't invented,
We'd be tinky-tonking on something called a harpsichord.
AND THAT'S WORSE.

But it's so irritating!
Playing trills, turns, the split thingamajigies....
Ugh, piano.
It never is fun to me.
But of course, it's never fun to ME only.

Why must we have three pedals on a piano?
We don't have three legs to play.
On a grand piano, there is the una corda, sostenuto and sustained (damper) pedals.
Why do we need a una corda pedal?
Is it because the guy who invented the piano could only play loudly?

AND OMJ!! Why must a note be held for so long if you're going to play other notes on top of it?
Maybe for a grand piano, leave it to the sostenuto pedal.
But who uses a grand piano to practice?
Oh no, we're all stuck with uprights and keyboards.
These have no sostenuto pedals.
Prepare for aching fingers.
Please, we don't have rubber muscles.

WHY OH WHY must we have the split thingamajigy (okay I forget terms)?!
Can't you play them at the same time or split them up properly?
Especially if there are four notes played in the time of a quaver,
In 144/crotchet timing.
Prepare to die.

But I guess a piano has the most advantage of all instruments.
It is by far the easiest instrument to PLAY.
It is the hardest to sight read.

Okay so maybe pianos aren't that bad.
BUT WHY THE HECK ARE THE CLASSICS THE BEST TYPE OF SONG??!!
THEY ARE ALL IN RIGHT HAND!!
And the left hand just plays the bottom note or chord in inversions!

I hate inversions too.
But that's a different story.
When you are grade 8 in theory,
There are just too many things to rant about.

Good thing I'm only grade 7 in practical.
Otherwise this rant would be MUCH longer.
Thankfully.

Today happens to be a Wednesday!
BSMM's environment awareness day (so it's not the official name)
And *drumbeats* the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING!!

So first Wednesday starts normally.
Cikgu Ismail planted a tree on the stage (again....) but this time with ASLs.
[Good thing he didn't mention anything about the fish incident yesterday]
Then go back to class and learn.

Quite normal.
Compared to yesterday.
Flying underwear.
Won't get into details.

So then comes lunch.
IT RAINED.
Our plans to go to Nana
DOWN THE DRAIN!!

Oh and James (Chong)

Then flag raising because it stopped raining.
ZOMG I had to baca ikrar and nearly fainted.
And worse, I ALREADY nearly fainted singing the BSMM song (stand too long).

All the plants were really pretty, even the ones without flowers!

As you all know, I am an avid fan of Tsubasa RESERvoir Chronicle
AKA TRC.

WHAT DID YOU MEAN YOU DIDN'T KNOW??!!

Anyway, chapter 223 is confusion.
Until you read it again.
And again.
And again.

The story (the ENTIRE story) started off with Syaoran and Sakura going on a journey to collect broken memory fragments.
Then in the Tokyo Arc, Syaoran was found to be a CLONE!
The real Syaoran came back la.
Then in the Nihon Arc, Sakura said she wasn't real either, but she was another CLONE.
Fei Wang Reed must really love multiplication.
So Syaoran (the real one) with Kurogane (Ku-ro-ga-nei) and Fay (rhymes with pie) went to rescue the real Sakura.

In a dream world, Yuuko granted Sakura-the-clone and Syaoran-the-clone (who were both killed in some way or other, too lazy to get into details) the wish to return to life.
Sakura-the-clone and Syaoran-the-clone meet in Hong Kong.
Then they love each other so much, bla bla bla....
Then they got a son!
And who is the son?
It's the REAL Syaoran, the one which was cloned to make Syaoran-the-clone.

So in the end, Syaoran-the-clone was the father of Syaoran that was cloned to make Syaoran-the-clone.

*jaw drops*

Okay never mind.
I thought I understood what I was saying.
Apparently I don't.

I just realised how good a seiyuu (voice actor) Romi Paku is.
She is in the lead roles of so many anime!

I first heard about Romi Paku when I got interested in Ueki no Hosoku.
She was the voice of Ueki!
She also sang one of the ending songs for the show.
Well, I didn't know at the time that girls could voice boy characters!

Ueki faded in time, so did my interest in seiyuu and in-depth about anime.
I was only interested in Tsubasa RESERvoir Chronicles and its sister manga, xxxHOLiC.
But the I watched Fullmetal Alchemist.
(Momentary pause)
"Hey, is that Ueki?"

How cool is that!
Romi Paku is also the voice of Edward Elric in FMA!
So that got me interested again.
I did a quick search on Wiki for the roles she had done.
The more famous ones are:

Fullmetal Alchemist 1 and 2: Edward Elric
Ueki no Hosoku: Ueki Kosuke
Gakuen Alice: Natsume Hyuga
Digimon Adventure 2: Ken Ichijouji

AND HER MOST FAMOUS ROLE IS:
Bleach: Toshiro Hitsugaya

Now that's what I call cool.

So another famous seiyuu is Rie Kugimiya!

While I was reading about FMA, I came across her name.
Well I recognised her name, but not her roles.
So I took a look at it too.
She's not as famous, but she has worked with Romi Paku in Gakuen Alice as Imai Hotaru.
Her most famous role is as Shana from Shakugan no Shana.
And in FMA, her role is Alphonse Elric.

Today, I went to an orphanage!
Whatever how you spell that.
With our rockin' BSMM persatuan of course!
Or at least a few.

Only 10 people came.
Including our organizer Wei Zhern and SL Jun Herng.
But it was quite fun actually!
I didn't know that so few people could make it so fun.
But next time, all you people must come.
Or else.
Including you David.
You ask me come and never turned up.

Let's see, so we met the kids.
There were 15 kids in total but only 8 were around.
And we met Uncle Nelson, the 'dad'.

Then, we cleaned the orphanage.
Me and Akira//Shuying cleaned the empty room's windows.
Woon Seng (however you spell that) helped us for some time....
But he got scared of the bird shit and asked me to finish it.
I was nicknamed bird shit for that.

James ironed the clothes.
I have no clue what the rest did,
But I know Woon Seng cleaned the toilets.
And if I'm not mistaken, Yuno//Shuhui cleaned the TV room.

So after we did all that,
We came to the front room to play games!
That was fun!

And of course, we got some rest.

We talked and played our own games with the kids.
They taught us new ones too!

Lights were off.
28th March 2009.
8.30pm to 9.30pm

Yay!
My mum invited a friend over.
Because my dad was out of town, and she wanted company.
So her friend brought her 10 year old son.
He's a good, innocent kid with polluted stuff in his head.
Joking about the polluted.

We turned off ALL the lights in the house.
Television, computer, chargers (except phone because otherwise the line will cut)
Fan, aircon....
In the end, we lit 7 candles around the house and had 3 torches.
Actually 6 candles downstairs where we mostly were and 1 in the maids' room.
They went to sleep.
LOL.

THen me and Bran(don) played the GAME OF LIFE!
And I play music on my handphone.
2 candles and 2 torches lit the game.
I keep spinning big numbers!
I was like "What the *controls self*??!"
Why so many big number!
(Bigger numbers means less chance to get money bla bla)
And Bran's starting salary was 40,000 -insert currency name here- more than mine!!
70,000 VS 30,000.

Well that wasn't all.
Early in the game, he got the YELLOW SALARY CARD!!
100,000 VS 30,000.
Diao.
But eventually I got a mid-life crisis (OMG getting old) and obtained a new job!
New and improved salary = 80,000.
But in the end, he still won me by 400,000.
YAY.

LoL that was my Earth Hour.
The game lasted 45 minutes after all.

Because I suck at them.

BM - 76. THATS A **** B!!!
BI - 9x. Okay lorh, 1 wrong I think.
Maths - 92. WTFF!!!!!
Science - 96. Memang I get wrong cz duno.
Geo - 9x. I don't remember marks okay....
Sejarah - 6x-7x. I nearly cried. But I'm not Jess.
KH - 8x. Ok ok la. I normally get 6x.

And for the I don't really care subs....
Moral - 9x. 1 wrong LOL.
Seni - xx. Unknown but I scored better than on Sejarah. =.=
Sivik - 9x. 3 wrong.
PJK - xx. I threw my paper away.

That's only school exam.
And for all the other exams I did last year/this year (latest accomplishments)
- ABRSM Theory of Music grade 7 - 74/100 (OMG pro)
- ABRSM Music grade 6 practical - unknown/150 (passed)
- New South Wales Science exam 2008 - Merit

And the one I failed could have changed my life if I passed it.

Normally I love first aid.

I had a slight eye injury.
